We specialize in VIP nightclub entry, table and bottle service, Bachelor & Bachelorette party planning, Birthday party planning and VIP access to all summer DayClubs/pool parties. We also offer hotel discounts, and can assist you with all types of entertainment, dinner reservations, & show bookings. We do it all.
VIP Hosted Entry is when one of our VIP Hosts escorts your group past the lines (even past the “VIP” and bottle service lines) into the hottest Las Vegas nightclubs and pool parties.
A VegasPartyVIP Host will personally walk you in the Nightclub/Day Club Bypass General Admission Lines (G.A. lines can be 1-2 hr+ wait in some cases) Hosted Tour of the Club (bar locations, bathrooms, dance floors, “safe zones”, good places to meet people) No Cover Charge (Included) Use our VIP Host knowledge (Pick the brains of your VIP Host. They know the Ins & Outs of the Las Vegas.)
The sooner you book, the better! This allows more time your group will have time to make payments. Many of our reservations book 3-9 months in advance. This ensures you get what you want by planning ahead. We can always accommodate last minute reservations, but like airline tickets & hotel reservations, it’s best to book ahead to get the best deals. Especially on holiday & special event weekends.
Once booked you can always make changes to your package. We also have a return policy should you not be able to make your party.

…so there’s no hidden charges when you get to the club. No hidden taxes, tips or fees. No splitting tabs at the end of the night. No collecting money or “Passing the Hat” from friend to friend during the fun.
Your “Per Person” price will be all-inclusive, include all taxes, Nightclub host & waitress gratuities etc all built in. (This is especially great for bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and birthday parties where you might not know everyone attending personally.) Just bring your well-dressed group & your valid IDs, and get ready for a great night!
We have visual Table Layouts of most Las Vegas nightclubs, allowing you to visualize where your group will sit, choosing from different Table Minimums & locations. This gives you the advantage of choice, allowing you the choice of where to sit, unlike booking directly.
Your VIP Host will pre-set and pre-pay for your VIP Table (in some cases before the club even opens to the public). We book a lot of tables with these venues & they see us every week so they take good care of us, and our VIP clients. We get upgraded table locations, and better deals then the Average Joe.
Once you arrive at the venue, your VIP host will meet you near the nightclub entrance, meet everyone, and walk you into the club directly to your preset table. Lines = No fun, and we understand this.
We get you through the crowd, past the ropes, and so-called VIPs, right to your table for the evening. We’ll even hang out for a little while, letting the waitress & security know who you are and show you around the venue if you like. Most groups try us their first night, and end up booking a second night during their trip.
Once you fill our a Request Form you will be assigned to one of our knowledgeable VIP Hosts. This will be your main point of contact before, during, and after your trip. They are there for YOU, the VegasPartyVIP client.
Your VIP Host will contact you via:
- Phone call (we will leave a message with contact info)
- Text message (if you left a cell phone number. For some people texting is better)
- Email (Please make sure you add us to your contacts & check your Spam folder for our emails)
After a brief chat about your interests, group size, and party budget, your VIP host will create a few package options perfectly designed for you & your group. You can then review these with your group, add/edit/delete how you’d like until we have a perfectly planned party package. If you know exactly what you want, tell us. We’ll make it happen.
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send you a contract and payment invoice. We offer a few payment options and take all major Credit Cards. You have all the way until the night before to pay online, or chose to pay in cash when you arrive to Las Vegas.
As soon as we have a deposit on file we will consider your party ‘Booked’ and make all of the necessary reservations for your vacation. All you have to do is show up and have a great time! Parties paid in full before arrival will receive Early Booking Bonuses (ask your VIP Host for current specials)
With over 20 great Las Vegas nightclubs now, choosing a nightclubs really depends on your personal preference, musical taste, day of the week, and party budget. Some hosts try and push certain clubs, but at VegasPartyVIP we have great relationships with ALL the Las Vegas nightclubs and pool parties. We want you to choose the best club for your group, with the knowledgeable help of our VIP Hosts. We want to know where YOU want to go, and we’ll help you get there!
This can be a confusing subject for travelers that don’t live in major cities, or have major nightclubs. Las Vegas nightclubs require guests who want a reserved VIP table for the evening to do Bottle Service.
This is a booth or table reserved for your group for the evening. If you want a place to sit for the evening, this is the only way. You’ll have a personal waitress there to take your orders and pour your drinks. You’ll also have a personal security guard assigned to your area (and a few other tables) patrolling to ensure no one messes with you, the VIP customer. Expect to purchase 1 bottle for every 3-6 guests.
