#1 – Encore Beach Club (Encore)
Located at the luxurious Encore Las Vegas, Encore Beach Club is one of the premier Dayclubs/Pool Parties every year. Similar to XS, this $50 million dollar Dayclub changed the game for all other Las Vegas pool parties since. Encore Beach Club re-invented the pool party scene, and they continue to put on great events weekly. Also, Encore is usually are first venue to open for Pool Season as well.
This European-styled day club is open Friday – Sunday during the pool season month, with Saturday’s being the busiest day (as is with most pool parties). VIP Table Reservations for simple tables, along with Lily-pad daybeds, water couches, luxurious cabanas & bungalows are all available at this premium day club venue. Encore Beach Club is also one of the few pool parties with gaming areas inside the venue, so check that out. (Contact us for pricing & options)
This is one of our favorite venues in Vegas. It’s beautiful, classy & still young and fun too. A great place to enjoy the fun & sun in Vegas. Contact us for VIP Entry & Table Reservations.
Why it’s #1:
Encore Beach Club has been one of the top 5 Las Vegas dayclubs for a few years, & with DJ acts like Avicii, David Guetta, Zedd, Kaskade, Lil Jon, Deadmau5, and many others, it’s safe to say this year will be the same. The staff is sexy, the venue is top-notch beautiful (Steve Wynn demands quality), and DJs are popular, which draws a nice crowd. A must-see.
Pros:
Popularity, Big name DJs, the most beautifully designed Dayclub in Vegas.
Cons:
Expensive, long lines, hard to get in on busy weekends
#2 – Wet Republic Ultra Pool (MGM Grand)
Located at the MGM, Wet Republic Ultra Pool is another top class Dayclub venue. This 50,000 square foot Pool Party venue brings the party every weekend. Borrowing all the DJ talent from top Nightclubs like Hakkasan & Omnia, Wet Republic has focused on quality DJ talent to bring the people in. Being located at the MGM Grand doesn’t hurt either.
We’ve seen a gradual transformation over the years at Wet Republic. Starting as a nice pool party near the hotel pool of MGM, this venue has seen a few gradual upgrades over the years. Last season they replaced the smaller Party Cabanas by adding another wing of deluxe Bungalows (with their own private pools) & also added additional LED screens near the DJ booth. Upgrades for this year include completely redesigned Cabanas, additional Daybeds added, all new furniture throughout, even more LED screens, & a fresh coat of paint. (Contact us for pricing & options)
We really like this venue as well, due to its new furniture upgrades and consistency of a good crowd & a great DJ. Wet Republic is awesome. Contact us for pricing for all of the VIP Table & seating options for your particular weekend.
Why it’s #2:
Wet Republic has been giving Encore Beach Club a run for their money as of late. They have more popular DJs, have made nice upgrades every year, and after Hakkasan & Omnia opened this venue’s DJ talent list went off the charts. This venue is definitely one of the Top 5 Las Vegas dayclubs. Wet Republic events include the Hot100 bikini contest every year on Fridays (which is a lot of fun for obvious reasons), Big name DJs like Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Hardwell, Steve Aoki (who loves throwing cake & crowd-surfing on a raft) spinning on any given weekend, and just added nighttime Pool Parties on Wednesdays! Woo-hoo!
Pros:
Popular DJs like Calvin Harris, Tiesto, and Steve Aoki. Beautiful new cabanas & furniture, always a good crowd, midweek nighttime pool party (Wed)!
Cons:
Expensive like Encore, especially when big name DJs are preforming. Can also get crowded on busy weekends. Long lines.
#3 Marquee Dayclub (Cosmopolitan)
Marquee Dayclub at the hip Cosmopolitan hotel is next on our list of Top 5 Las Vegas dayclubs for 2016. Picking the 3rd venue on the list was kind of a toss-up. Although this venue is only the patio area of Marquee Nightclub, it still knows how to bring in a good crowd & put on a great party every weekend.
Located at the hip, trendy Cosmopolitan, Marquee Dayclub has one of the better views in Vegas. Getting into this club requires an escalators/elevators to the front of Marquee Nightclub, followed by a flight of stairs. Cool cocktails can be enjoyed at a variety of VIP seating options like relaxing Daybeds, & deluxe Cabanas (including a private Jacuzzi pool & TV). A smaller venue compared some of the others in town, but sometimes that’s better. (Contact us for pricing & options)
Although TAO Group has lost a few of its heavy-hitting DJ talent in the past few years, they still have big name DJs like Benny Benassi, Cedric Gervais, Dash Berlin, ATB, Porter Robinson, Carnage & others.
Why it’s #3:
Popularity I would say. Marquee Nightclubs (Tao Group) sets the pace for this dayclub, and patrons come back for the day parties too. Having numerous locations around the world contributes (Sydney & New York also) and being at the hip/cool Cosmopolitan really helps as well.
Pros: Amazing views of the surrounding Las Vegas Strip, good crowd & DJs, at the hip Cosmopolitan hotel.
Cons: Only the patio of Marquee Nightclub, smaller pool area
#4 Drai’s Beach Club (The Cromwell)
Located on the rooftop of the new Cromwell hotel (previously Bill’s Gambling Hall) lies Drai’s Beach Club. This newer Nightclub/Dayclub property has some unique features that make it a must see. Previously known as mostly an Afterhours spot, Drai’s Beach Club has reinvented and revived the Drai’s name.
If you didn’t know, Victor Drai has been around nightlife in Vegas for some time. He helped design and open Tryst & XS, before leaving to do other projects, so there are bits and pieces from both of these clubs worked into the design of this breathtaking venue. Various types of Tables, Daybed and Couches are all available, along with some great Cabana’s and Bungalows with private pools/Jacuzzi. (Contact us for pricing & options)
With such a prime Strip location, the view from the Cromwell rooftop is like no other, and for this reason it’s a no-brainer that Drai’s is one of the Top 5 Las Vegas dayclubs. Views of the Bellagio Fountains, Eiffel Tower and other great hotels can all be seen from this beautiful rooftop Dayclub. Party in the sun with unmatched views at this newer venue. Make sure you check Drai’s Beach Club on your next trip.
Why it’s #4
Drai’s Beach Club is a unique rooftop pool party, with no competitors for picturesque Las Vegas Strip views. Hands down, Drai’s has the best views of any DayClub/Pool Party. Decent DJs and cheaper than the top3.
Pros: Great views, new venue, decent DJ Talent, nice furniture & cheaper than other Super Pools
Cons: No Big Name DJs like some other venues, which can affect crowd numbers. Entry can be a hassle.
#5 Tao Beach (Venetian)
Tao Beach is one of the first pool parties I personally ever went to. It’s a smaller, more intimate venue, but sometimes that creates a more fun atmosphere then some of the larger venues. Located at the wonderful Venetian, Tao Beach is on the pool deck near the hotel pool. Just follow the music!
This Tao Group venue boasts 13 cabana, two pools, 2 full bars, a Jacuzzi along with various Table & Daybed options (contact us for pricing & options). The kitchen here is really good too, so grab a snack. Open Thurs-Sun, with Saturday & Sunday being the busier days, this pool party venue is known for turning into a fun splash party! Tao Beach was also featured in the LMFAO video “Shots feat. Lil Jon” (Remember those guys?)
Why it’s #5:
Overall, this pool party is always fun & surely one of the Top 5 Las Vegas dayclubs. The energy there is nice & chill, with the energy ramping up later in the day. Great spot to get an affordable daybed, listen to some great music, great food for a pool party & the creative mixed pitchers are fun.
Pros: More affordable, smaller more intimate party, slower days you can sometimes get a free/cheap spot.
Cons: Has some slower days, slightly smaller venue.
